Order Cancellations

Once an order has been packed, processed, customized, or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Please note that certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

  • Orders that have already entered processing, customization, or shipping stages

  • Custom-made, personalized, resized, or special-order items

  • Bulk or special orders arranged upon request

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exceptions

A cancellation request may be rejected if:

  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit

  • The request is submitted after the 24-hour cancellation window

  • Order processing, customization, or preparation has already begun
