Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At PERMATA WARISAN SDN. BHD., we are committed to delivering fine jewellery, premium accessories, and fashion items that meet our quality standards. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and fair return and cancellation process in accordance with the terms below.

Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including boxes, tags, certificates, and protective materials (if applicable)

  • Products must be in resellable condition, free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

  • Return requests must be submitted via email to permata_warisan@outlook.com within the 30-day period

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed, customized, or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email permata_warisan@outlook.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may submit a return request after receiving the item, subject to our return eligibility conditions.

Exceptions

Please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by PERMATA WARISAN SDN. BHD.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Items that have been worn, used, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery

    • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items

    • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accompanying accessories

    • Products showing signs of mishandling, negligence, or improper care
